With this in mind, we are proud to offer physical, occupational and speech therapy services to individuals residing in Assisted Living, Independent living, Memory care and Senior Living communities.

Unfortunately, you cannot be currently receiving Home Health services to be eligible for our concierge therapy program due to insurance restrictions.
